Olivier Missoup, a former professional rugby union player, has played in over 300 matches for prestigious clubs and boasts an impressive list of achievements (French champion, European finalist).
A mental performance specialist with over 20 years of on-the-field experience in professional rugby, he earned a degree in mental coaching in 2019 and is trained in NLP. For more than seven years, he has been helping athletes and teams optimize their mental performance, with tangible results: several players he has coached have gone on to be selected for the French national team.
